Wall
The Wall Frame will be made of Electric Resistant semi bright Steel Tube size 38mmx38mm thick. The vertical and horizontal members duly welded shall be placed 1000 mm. To 1200 mm. Apart, the partition frame will be securely fixed with wall floor and Ceiling by means of Rawl Plugs or Gutties & screw The frame will be painted one coat of primer, the UPVC panel size 200x10mm. Thick (U.V. Coated) will be fixed inside of the frame in between both side of panel we fill 1.5inch thick glass wool for Thermal Insulation.
False Ceiling
The False Ceiling frame will be made of Electric Resistant semi bright steel tube size 25mmx25mmthick or 40 mm. X20mm the grid size of the frame will be not more than 600 mm. To 1100mm. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. Then UPVC Hollow chambered section of size 255x7mm. And jointed to each other by male & female fitting system will be fixed to the frame in such a way to conceal of the frame with the help of 6x13mm. Self-tapping steel screws. We fill 1inch thick glass wool for thermal insulation.
Roof
The Roofing frame will be made of electric Resistant semibright steel tube of size 38mm.x38mm. The Grid size of the frame will be not more then 800 mm. X 1000 mm. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer then we put PVC corrugated sheet 1.5mm thick fixed with over the frame with help of washer & screw.
Floor
The Grid of the frame of Floor will be made with the help of electric Resistant semi bright steel tube size 38mmx38mm. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer the frame will then be welded to
Wall frame. Then 19 mm. Water Proof Ply will be fixed in such a way to conceal the steel structure then we fix 1.5mm. Thick Vinyl floor tiles over the Ply with help of adhesive.
Frame
The Door frame is made of Choukhat section of size 50mmx100 mmx27mm. With in Built Beading on one side the Section will be mitered joined at the corner by means of Plastic Brackets both either Vertical side of the frame will be reinforced by inserting primer coated M. Stabe.
Door
The shutter stiles & rail & will made of Plaso A Section of size 100mm x 37mm with in build Decorative Moulding edging on both side the stiles and rail will be joined at the corners by means of plastic Brackets. The shutter lock rail made of Plaso H Section of size 118 mm x 37 mm will be fixed to the shutters stiles by means of MSV cleats the frame will be filled with Solitairepan size 730mm.x20mm. Single panel the panel will be filled vertical & will be tie bar at two places by Horizontally 6mm. Ms rod & fastened with the help of Nut & washer.
Window
The window frame is made of window section Exterior grade ultra violet Stabilised, impact modified multi chambered section of size 64mm.x50mm. with an in built beading on one side the section will be joined at the corners by means of plastic brackets sound insulating double glass will be fixed with the help of window bead exterior grade a UPVC, Ultra Voilet Stabilised, impact modified UPVC section of size 25mm.x20mm. & EPDM Gasket.
