2. Ojita Inc. , USA : This company looks after sales, technical support and logistics of automotive products such as headlights, castings, hoses, instruments, sensors, etc. in the north America region.
3. V & R Auto Gauges Pvt. Ltd.: – The Company is engaged in manufacturing of Two Wheeler Speedo Meters at Faridabad since 1986.
4. Crayons Advertising Ltd.: The Company is engaged in advertising business since 1986. Its major clients are KERALA TOURISM , GULF OIL , BABA, KOHINOOR Basmati, BSNL, WIGAN & LEIGH College amongst others. It has offices in DELHI , BOMBAY , JAIPUR, CHANDIGARH , TRIVANDRUM , KATHMANDU .
5. Mega Corporation Ltd : The Company is engaged in providing R adio Taxi services under the brand MEGACAB, and software solutions. The company was one of the firsts to conceptualize the concept of Radio taxi in India .
