Wall
PVC Wall made of ERW steel tube. of size 38 mm x 38 mm. The vertical & horizontal members will be placed 800 mm to 1000 mm apart. The wall frame will be duly welded to the floor & roofing. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer & bitumen waterproofing paint. The frame will be clad on the exterior side with Polypan Exterior Grade a hollow multi chambered, Ultra Violet Stabilised, Impact Modified, UPVC section of size 200mm x 10mm & 1mm ? 0.2 mm average wall thickness & will be fixed to the steel tube frame by self tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 225mm.
The frame will be clad on the interior side with Taipan a hollow multi chambered UPVC section of size 255 mm x 7 mm & 0.9 mm ? 0.2 mm average wall thickness & will be fixed to the steel tube frame by self tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 225 mm. Both the External & Internal cladding will be done vertically.
False Ceiling
PVC False Ceiling made of electric resistant welded steel tube of size 32 mm x 32 mm. The grid size of the frame will be not more than 600 mm x 1100 mm. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. Then Taipan a uPVC Hollow section of size 255 mm x 7 mm & 0.9 mm ? 0.2mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the frame in such a way to conceal the tubular frame, with the help of self tapping steel screws placed at intervals of 600 mm.
Roofing
Providing & fixing in position PVC Roof made of ERW steel tube of size 32 mm x 32 mm x 1.4 mm wall thickness. The grid size of the frame will be not more than 800mm x 1000 mm. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. Then multi chambered Kingpan a U PVC Hollow section of size 175 mm x 40 mm and 1 mm + 0.1 mm average wall thickness is fitted with help of self-tapping screws.
Door
Providing & Fixing in position PVC Door made of uPVC hollow section of size 59 mm x 24 mm & 1 mm ? 0.2mm average wall thickness. The stiles & rails will be mitered & joined at the corners by means of M.S. Galvanized/Plastic brackets. The shutter lock rail made of Plaso H Section a uPVC hollow section of size 106 mm x 24 mm & 1 mm ? 0.2 mm average wall thickness will be fixed to the shutter stiles by means 6mm Tie Bar. The frame will be filled with Solitaire panel a uPVC multi chambered section of size 730 mm x 20mm & 1 mm ? 0.1 mm average wall thickness.
Door Frame
Providing & fixing in position PVC Door Frame is made of a uPVC hollow section of size 40mm x 47mm x 1mm ? 0.2mm average wall thickness with an in built beading on one side. The section will be mitered & joined at the corners by means of M.S. Galvanized/Plastic brackets. The Hinges side vertical of the frame will be reinforced by inserting primer coated M.S. tube of 1mm ? 0.1mm average wall thickness.
Window
Providing & fixing in position of PVC Window made of Window Sect a UPVC, multi chambered section of size 64mm x 50mm & 2.3mm ? 0.23mm wall thickness with an in built beading on one side. The section will be mitered & joined at the corners by means of Galvanized Iron brackets/PVC Brackets. Glass will be fixed with the help of Window Bead Exterior UPVC section of size 25 mm x 20mm & having an average wall thickness of 2 mm & EPDM Gaskets.
Flooring
Providing and fixing in position PVC Floor made of ERW steel tube of size 32mm x 32mm and 60mm x 32mm and 32mm x 60mm as per requirement. The frame will be painted with one coat of primer. The frame will then be welded to the wall frame. Then 12mm thick waterproof Ply will be fixed in such a manner to conceal the steel structure. Vinyl Tiles of 1.5mm ? 0.15mm thickness Approved Colour will be fixed with the help of Rubber Adhesive.
